Starter is $149 a year instead of $180 (17% off), Growth is $199 instead of $300 (34% off), and Agency is $600 instead of $840 (29% off). The saving is shown on the pricing page and again on your activation request before you submit it.

Why can I not pay by card straight away?

Card checkout is not enabled on the platform yet, so every paid plan and credit pack is activated by invoice. Clicking a plan does not charge you and does not activate anything — it opens a short billing form so we can raise an invoice.

How do I activate a plan, step by step?

Choose your plan and billing cycle on the pricing page, press Select, then complete the billing form with the exact details that should appear on your invoice. Submit the request and you will see a confirmation with a reference number. We email the invoice, usually within one business day. Once you pay it we upgrade your account and add your credits, then email you to confirm.

When is my plan actually active?

Only after your invoice has been paid and payment has cleared. Until then your account stays on its current plan and no credits are added. Submitting the request on its own never activates a plan.

How long does activation take once I pay?

Normally within one business day of the payment clearing. Bank transfers can take longer to appear, in which case sending us the payment confirmation speeds things up.

What details do I need to provide?

Your full name, the email the invoice should go to, and your billing address including city, postal code and country. Company name and VAT or tax ID are optional but recommended for business invoices, because they cannot be added after the invoice is issued.

Nothing. An unpaid request expires, your account stays on its current plan, and you owe nothing. You can request activation again at any time.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time before the next invoice is issued, with no fee. If you have paid and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days and, provided you have used no more than 10% of the credits from that purchase, we refund in full. Text rendering is unreliable in every current image model, so we recommend generating a clean image with copy space and adding your headline in a design tool.

Why did my generation get refused?

Requests involving real identifiable people, copyrighted characters or unsafe content are blocked by the model provider. Rephrase the idea descriptively and try again — refused generations are refunded.

Only you. Images are kept in private storage, tied to your account, and served through short-lived signed links.
